Angela is a community organizer who had an environmental awakening in 1995. After which she gave up her car, committed to eating an organic vegetarian diet and then co-founded the Washington, DC Green Party and worked on Ralph Nader's presidential campaign by helping to build a national network of Green Parties. She spent the next ten years traveling and working on organic farms in Hawaii, Australia, The Blue Ridge Mountains, Virginia and Arcata, California while continuing to work on candidates
