Good morning. I amtrying to get these things started, and I alwaysstart a minute before it is time for us to reallybegin the hearing. I do that because I know italways takes about a minute for folks to getorganized and ready to start these proceedings.This is our fourth in a series of regionalhearings in preparation for negotiated rulemaking.We have been fortunate at our hearings at Berkeleyand Chicago to be hosted by institutions of highereducation, University of California at Berkeley andLoyola University of Chicago. Those were very goodhearings, very productive hearings, and we are verypleased that they went as well as they did.We had our third hearing in Orlando aspart of the Federal Student Aid’s Fall Conference,so we did have that last week. We had a number ofwitnesses at that hearing that had been part of theconference, so they brought things that they heardand concerns that they had, as a result of whatthey heard, to us, that was also very productive.One of the things that has been striking as we havegone around and had these hearings is the
