Losing my hearing in my early twenties took away my ability to hear the words within our communication. This forced me to look beyond the words to find meaning in conversation. Through these, often painful experiences, I found that we have an inner language and it is the configuration of this inner language that determines our fulfilment, well being and success I saw that for most of us, the configuration of our inner language is largely determined by the labels and limitations put upon us by others and accepted as our own. Hence our results are rarely what we would wish for ourselves. After years of research, testing and application, I have developed a process that enables anyone, whatever their race, creed, status or personal circumstances to easily configure their inner language to achieve fulfilment and success. The results have been extraordinary. I have named this process GLOW FACTOR. I have been applying this process to help others on a one to one basis for some time and now feel the time is right to release it to a wider audience.
