Responsible for conference, seminar and workshop arrangement; arrange
accommodation for faculty guest both Thai and foreigners; arrange airport
pick-up and car transfer for guests from overseas; coordinate with
overseas embassies for visa application and the Office of Immigration for
visa extension; arrange study visit plan for visitors; arrange promotional
materials for the promotion of the Faculty; coordinate with related and
involved department for the arrangement of relevant documents
Responsible for registering new patients, providing information for both walk-in and telephone interested clients, design equivalent and relevant English courses for customers, coordinate with teachers and translator, investigate promotional courses from other language centers, and bill checking
Responsible for arranging car transfer and representing the company greeting the clients and transferring them to the hotel, arranging treatment documents and greeting flowers for clients, updating the status of all clients including paying visits to contracted hospitals, arranging occasional excursion for clients\u2019 family, and coordinating the use of company transportation
Responsible for registering new patients, providing information for both walk-in and telephone interested clients, making appointment and treatment arrangement, checking bills, making hotel reservation for those who need accommodation, issuing certified letter for visa granting, and acting as an interpreter for Japanese clients
Responsible for front office matters, general administration, traveling arrangements including visa arrangement, accommodation and air ticket reservation, and workshop/ seminar/ conference arrangement (in place of Ms. Anchanee Thaisittipong on her maternity leave)
Responsible for English tutorial class arrangement and provision to specific needs of students, including teaching materials preparation and development
Responsible for tourist transfer arrangement from airport to hotel and vise versa, including arrangement of inbound programs, program itinerary, program logistic, and hotel contact
Responsible for personnel interview arrangement, location search, personnel interview, educational program planning, public relation promotion, materials design and development, and classroom demonstration
Responsible for translation of letters of fostered parents to fostered children and vise versa, accompany fostered parents to field visit of fostered children\u2019s family
A pioneer exchange program in cooperation between Mahasarakham University and the Australian National University to mobilize credits via the program in exchange to the semester taken during the program: five of the candidates were from various faculties and major subjects, and chosen by taking standardized test and structured interview. As the program was a pilot project to mobilization, the pioneer generation failed to transfer credits taken back to home country, except for the vision and experience in the targeted institution and contact and corporation making for further generation.
A well-known exchange program in sending and hosting exchange students and personnel across the world: the destinations selected were based on the cooperation between Thailand and various countries worldwide. Successful AFS candidates from nationwide have been selected via English and Thai written test and structured interview, and they are to spend approximately one year aboard with host family. Under policy and rules, the candidates have to survive in authentic and frustration situations. During this year program, this opportunity provided vision, knowledge and understanding, and lessons unless taking the program would the candidate achieve the objectives of the program, to all AFS candidates. This included social manners, problem-solving strategies, self decision-making, and public confrontation and self- confidence building, along with better understanding of Thai and Japanese cultures, and the differences between the two countries.
