You herewith have made animportant decision, by means of which you have increased your market value in relation to your future professional or academic career.In the Netherlands, as in every country, there are a number of administrative enrolment requirements you have to meet before you can beadmitted to the course of study. Your final enrolment at HZ takes place after HZ has received your documents. The administrativeenrolment conditions concern the checking of your previous education and your personal details.The following procedure contains all the enrolment forms. These forms have already been partly filled in. You must fill in the varioussections and must also add copies of documents. It is very important for you to fill in all the requested details completely, to sign thesections in the place requested and to add all the required documents. Please make sure you make copies of the forms for your own file.
