CONDITIONS:
1.TheLicenceshallbeproducedforinspectiononarequestbeingmadeonthatbehalfbyamemberoftheGardaSiochanaoranypersonappointedbytheMinisterunderSection72oftheWildlifeAct,1976(asamended),tobeanauthorisedpersonforthepurposedofthesaidAct.2.TheMinistermayrevoketheLicenceatanytime.3.AreturngivingparticularsofharestaggedormarkedshallbemadetoNationalParksandWildlifeService,7ElyPlace,Dublin2,onexpiryoftheperiodofvalidityoftheLicenceoronarequestbeingmadeinthatbehalfbytheMinister.
Note:TheUcencedoesnotauthoriseanypersontoenteronanylandwithoutthepermissionoftheowneroroccupieroftheland.
