The Dixon Cabin has everything you need to sit back and rejuvenatefrom the hustle and bustle of what you left behind. This cabin sits on the very first lot as you enter into Tribute Falls. This cabin has thebest scenic view of the Ozark mountains and is right across from thecommunity swimming pool and pavilion. This location was originally the local general store and filling station for the town of Mano. Thisbuilding became the local watering hole for a few years and then wasvacant for many years until the Dixon’s purchased the Marina and this land and turned it into their lake cabin as it is today.The Dixon cabin is a two bedroom, one and a half bath, and a fullkitchen with an very open layout to the family room and dining area.The kitchen has a four burner stove top and oven below with a Micro-wave, Coffee Maker, and full size refrigerator. This cabin has a wraparound deck with a gas grill and a small charcoal grill for that truebarbeque enthusiast. There is a small front yard with landscaping and a drive way that easily parks two to three cars. There is DishNetwork in the family room as well as the main bedroom. Bring yourDVD’s, and Xbox games to enjoy as well. Each bedroom has a closetand one dresser with queen beds. The family room has threecouches and a futon. Dining area has a 48” square table that con-verts to a 60” round table for more seating. Absolutely perfect foryour get—away.Rate: Dixon Cabin -$150.00 per night, special rate for week rentals.

This is our largest lake home in Tribute Falls and will sleep up to 10 people. This is a great home tostay in when you’re away from yours. It is fully furnished like all the homes in Tribute Falls with aflare to comfort. This home has two bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Each bedroom has a Queen sizebed with a dresser and closet for your belongings. The master bedroom upstairs also has a privatesitting deck off the back of the house so you can relax in private and right within the cedars of theOzarks. Adjoining this master bedroom is a large bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and aseparate Jacuzzi tub if preferred. This cabin offers great natural woodwork with multiple grains that really brings the lake living lifestyle to reality. Also upstairs, you will find a large loft that has aqueen size sofa/sleeper and a large bunk bed that has a double bottom bunk with a singe topbunk. This area is great for the children ( Five have slept here comfortably). The main living areafeatures a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV above the fireplace where you can enjoy yourfavorite programming on Dish Network including local channels. The kitchen is just off the mainliving area along with the dining space that keeps a very open lifestyle to enjoy your social time.This cabin also enjoys a wrap around deck and off the front of this large deck is a fire pit to enjoy agood campfire with a stump for each person’s rump. Twin Oaks provides a quiet retreat for those who want to unwind and disconnect from the busyness of day to day living. Completed in 2008, the cabin offers a comfortable environment where rustic furnish-ings and modern amenities create a unique, homelike atmosphere. 21 feet of windows at the front of the cabin flood the kitchen and living area with brilliant natural light and provide a beautiful view of thewooded surroundings. At night, enjoy the towering outlines of the trees and moonlight through thesame windows. The downstairs has an open feel with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all con-nected. Family and friends can interact and enjoy each other’s company here, while the loft and bed-rooms provide more private, personal space.The cabin’s setting affords an attractive contrast of manicured gardens with wooded areas. The sideyard is finished with blooming annuals, perennials, and burning bushes, while the front yard retains itsnatural beauty. A stone path, rock border, and cedar tree fence, all created by the owner himself withresources gathered from the area, to complete the setting.
