MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Spring semester events are as varied asthe weather patterns that heave-and-hothroughout the term when wintry, wind-swept days transition into sun-splashedspring. Sports and activities such as hock-ey, basketball, the Snow Ball, and skijor-ing lessons give way to baseball, sotball,outdoor track and feld, the spring musical,a multitude o concerts and conerences,and, o course, commencement. This year,more than 800 are expected to participatein a ceremony that celebrates not onlythe achievement o students, but also therealization o their dreams. As we honorthese graduates and say our fnal good-byes, we know that, like the constancy oour seasons, a new crop o reshmen soonwill emerge, coming to us ull o excite-ment, anticipation, and dreams to ulfll.Dr. Jon E.
