About this ebook

A former child bride is reunited with her long-lost husband, who may finally return her to her beloved Scotland—and defeat those who accuse her of witchery.

Could it really be he? Gordon Campbell was the one man who set her soul on fire—the husband who had abandoned her ten years earlier. Lady Rob MacArthur had married him at the age of eight, and in their brief, blissful time together they lived a fantasy of pure love, where the fifteen-year-old marquess was her champion and protector, conqueror of all that could harm her. Until the day she was driven from her Scottish homeland for bearing the devil’s flower on her hand, a sure sign of witchcraft.

Now he is back, and suspects his eyes are betraying him. Could this rapturous, voluptuous woman really be the little girl he had left behind? Could their love ever be restored? Would he finally be able to take her back to the highland home where they belonged? Not as long as those bent on destroying her still remain . . .

From an award-winning author of novels including the Dukes, Douglas, and Kazanov series, this is medieval romance at its finest.

Can't say I liked the H. And the h turned out to be spineless I don't like shrews but this guy just refused to listen and only put her in danger. And his little surprise was unforgivable. I couldn't connect to their love because he was just too awful and had too much baggage. Very least pride demands an annulment and maybe remarry later.
