About this ebook

An Irish lass comes to America and finds love in the first novel in the Irish Legacy trilogy—the first book ever published by #1 New York Times bestselling author Nora Roberts.

For Adelia “Dee” Cunnane, her uncle’s invitation is a dream come true. He wants her to come to America to work with him at one of the most respected stables in the country. Starting as a groomer puts Dee in constant contact with the horses she loves—as well as Travis Grant, the stable’s proud owner. And as the lush Maryland horse country begins to work its charms on Dee, so does Travis, pulling her into a turbulent passion with unexpected consequences...

Cute but too short and too rushed. Nevertheless, the kernels of Nora's brilliance are there to see.

This was Nora Roberts first published book. I have enjoyed it for years and find the classic story hard to top. I enjoyed these characters the first time I read it and I enjoy them when I reread it.

light story about a woman who moves from Skibereen to a horse farm in the US, falls for the owner and the adventures along the way with tonnes of misunderstanding etc.
