We love soup. It’s that simple.
From a posh clear chicken soup from Poland to a chunky steak and potato soup from here in the UK, nothing warms the cockles like a well-executed soup.
The following is a collection from our family scrapbooks from all over the world.
We hope you enjoy them and please feel free to tweak and change our recipes to make them your own.
We believe the secret of good cookery is to ensure enough breathing space for every cook to have the opportunity to make their dishes their own.
