ShiFio's Patterns
Hello, my name is Shirley Ross. My daughter Fiona & I design crochet & kntting patterns for babies, dolls & dogs!! Interesting combination yes! We both live in the highlands of Scotland. I was taught crochet and knitting at a very early age. My mother believed in teaching us practical crafts and I am glad she did!! I passed this love of crafts onto my only daughter and together we spend hours designing, creating and having fun together I have always had a knitting or crochet project to hand. I have produced garments for local shops, crafts fairs, friends and family for many years, also I have given many lessons to people within my area. I decided that I did not like most of the baby patterns in the shops and that I could produce many more different and usual designs myself, and that is how ShiFio's Patterns started. The name ShiFio comes from a combination of my name SHIrley and my daughter FIOna, as when I started the business I hope she would join me I started selling my patterns on eaby where we still have a shop. You can still find our patterns there. although they do not allow pdf shipping anymore. As our little poem tells you we do check everyone of our patterns and if you do find something that you have a problem with, or is wrong please do not hesitate to contact us Shifio's Patterns provides easy to follow knitting and crochet patterns. All our patterns contain tension (gauge), stitch descriptions, diagrams and abbreviations. On each pattern info page we have tried to show as many photos of finished items as we can, so that you get a real feel for the garment before you purchase the pattern. Our patterns are available in UK or USA terminology, by instant download (adobe pdf) Many more other patterns are occassionally available in my ebay shop Shifo's Patterns Shop If there are any type of patterns that you would like to see in the knitted or crochet section please email and we will try to accommodate you
