If I widened my right eye, the difference between the eyelids doubled – which is why I would avoid that kind of excited expression at all times. I was committed to having bedroom eyes for life if it meant drawing attention away from the two millimeter difference between my eyelids. Dramatic? Absolutely. Necessary? Absolutely not.”
Being born with congenital ptosis is often the first struggle of many people's lives. It is an often over-looked and under-researched birth defect that has major influences on a person's self-esteem. Do you have congenital ptosis? I do. Join me as I share my story with you.
