About the Author: Franco Tremain is a small business owner and knows how difficult it can be to keep things above board by keeping in line with not only government laws but ethical laws as well. He has found that it is quite easy for a company to neglect ethical practices in a bid to advance financially. From his knowledge he has written a text as an informative guide to those who want to start a business, are trying to find a solution to make their business better or who simply want to learn about business practices.
Franco is aware that many take the running of a business lightly and simply don’t want to bother learning all the rules that govern their type of business. These persons will fail in the long run and will probably get in legal trouble quite quickly. He outlines the advantages of running a company efficiently without compromising on ethical practices.
Franco Tremain
Franco Tremain is aware of what it takes to run a company from an ethical point of view. His main concern is that there are quite a number of individuals that neglect to maintain the ethical practices within their company in a bid to make a bigger profit. What he has found is that these companies tend to exist only for the short term as they can negatively affect the community around them and employees and will end up having a higher staff turnover than other companies and also have poor customer retention. As he is a small business owner himself, he made the decision to put together a book to act as a guide for those with businesses like himself who want to ensure that they are ethically sound. It can be a challenge to maintain ethical practices but with everyone making the effort it can be done and the company, employees and community will benefit in the long run.
