About this ebook

This tossing, and thinking and conscience reviewing of the day’s events happens most nights when you should be asleep and you’re tired of it. But, not tired enough to fall asleep.

At some point you pass out but your sleep is interrupted by noise and you can’t go back to sleep again.

How was that? Does that sound like you?

I was 19 when I developed this sleep program. Before then, I was a chronic insomniac. It took me one to two weeks of practice, which consisted of going through the steps I'm about to layout, every night, until my mind got it. Since then, over 16 years now, I have been able to fall asleep within 10 minutes, nearly anytime of the day, anywhere I choose.

My system is not perfect. I've had about 42 nights of sleeplessness over the 16 years. But 42 nights of difficult sleep out of 4745 easy nights of rest is a pretty good record. And yes, I’ve kept count.
I
've gotten better over the years. Today, I'm usually asleep within two minutes. If I find myself struggling, say five minutes after I've laid down to sleep and haven't passed out, then I start the program, from the beginning, and before I know it I’m asleep.
I wrote this book because this system works for me and I believe that it can work for you too.

    Introduction

First, thank you for purchasing this book. I hope this information helps you as it has helped me.

Many people have a hard time going to sleep. I’m not talking about those extreme moments that everyone has a hard time dealing with, such as starting a new job, intense sickness and pain or even going to a new school but I’m talking about simply going to sleep on a regular basis on normal nights.

I wrote this because I want to give others who are struggling with sleeping problems an alternative to drugs. I want to share with you how I overcame some difficult problems surrounding sleeping and I believe that if I can sleep well on a regular basis then most of you will too.

When I was a teenager, like most teenagers, I couldn’t go to sleep regularly. This affected my grades, mood and relationships. When I started working in my late teens, it was very hard to get started in the mornings, and stay alert throughout the day, due to a lack of sleep.

At 19, I discovered a way to go to sleep in about 10 minutes. I read several books then started combining different methods until I developed a complete system that worked. After a little more than a week of adjusting and practicing this system, I began falling asleep regularly ever night. It’s been this way for 16 years. And, after that first week, I have only had to consciously apply the process I laid out in this book when stress or excitement kept my mind going around and around. Even then, I was asleep within a short time.

If you’re like me you have tried OTC drugs, cannabis, alcohol and other drugs prescribed or not prescribed to fall asleep. And, although it may have worked some of the time it wasn’t a long-term solution. For some, drugs may be the only choice, and for nearly everyone, from time
