Minimal effort went into writing this book, which is devoid of any meaningful details to sufficiently understand the Small Claims Court process. Claiming this is "The Complete... Guide" is laughable, at best.

The Complete Small Claims Court Guide - Green Initiatives

What Are You Going To Learn?

You have already decided that you want to sue, and you either think or know that the Small Claims Court is the right place for you, but are not quite sure about how to go about the process. This guide will help you do just that.

The objective of this book is to educate you about the process of filing a complaint in a Small Claims Court, and to help you navigate all the way through the process until you win.

You will learn how to sue in Small Claims Court for disputes that you have not been able to resolve simply by communicating directly with who you are going to sue.

This book will provide you with very specific and actionable information which you need to take action against parties that have caused you damages. You will be able to file a complaint and get the justice you deserve without having to hire an expensive attorney and/or pay astronomical litigation fees.

There is an abundance of inaccurate information about Small Claims Courts and how one can file and pursue a complaint within. In addition, most people are simply unaware of how the process works. This is a big reason why many companies who have mistreated their customers have gotten away with so much over the years.

The Small Claims Court process is not the only way, but has been the most effective way for me to collect recourse against companies that have mistreated me. You too can do this on your own for a small court filing fee. In fact, you can request the judge to order the company to reimburse your court fees in the event of a favorable judgment.

Companies hate going to Small Claims Courts. Their in house legal counsels have better things to spend their time on than petty cases (at least from their perspective). You will learn how to take advantage of this. You will also learn how you can sue anywhere services were rendered to you, which can tremendously work in your favor. There is plenty of confusing information online as to where you should file your claim, and filing in the right jurisdiction is very important or your case will be dismissed with no reimbursement of filing fees.

The main lesson that I want you to take away after reading this book however is that most people just walk away from their grunts and grudges and choose not to deal with companies that mistreat them or cause them damages mainly because of the unknowns involved. Whatever your situation is, in order to get results, you MUST TAKE ACTION! It all starts by educating yourself about the law, recourses available to you and the process of how exactly to get it.

Note: This process applies to disputes against individuals and companies. For simplicity, the language in this book will primarily refer to companies. However, keep in mind that the same principles apply when attempting to resolve disputes with individuals as well.
