About this ebook

Building on Your Habit Body, An Owner's Manual, our gut brain (inner child) is shown to have four quadrants.

The Inner Court is a body-based map for locating where everyday disturbances originate and track back to. If you can feel it―and locate it--you can heal it!

The Inner Court IS the inner child, in a four-fold, close-up view. It’s four times more precise as Bradshaw’s unitary concept of the “inner child.”

Each quadrant is in the same position in all people. Each quadrant has the same archetypal character in all people. How you express your inner Mother, inner Father, inner Child and inner Wise-accepting Grandparent will be unique to you.

This is the next deeper logical level of our psyche below the inner child, the first "official" level of the Fractal Psyche.

We have many unconscious patterns (book forthcoming). All unconscious patterns are invisible. Until around 1990 we had no reliably method to access and navigate them. 25 years of muscle testing later, what have we learned?

We've learned the word "habits" defines 90% to 95% of human behavior. We call this the Habit Body.
We've learned about four stable "stations" in our habit body, in the unconscious frequency, of our enteric nervous system.

This is your inner "court of influence," the four KEY ACTORS, acting out your preferences, according to your habits. They are the script holders, and role-playing actors, playing to the world to create projects and get your own needs met. They are your “preferences.”

Want to moderate an unpleasant or unworkable habit? Fastest way is to talk directly to the Inner Court member in charge of it. The two of you can communicate thru self-muscle-testing of any and all kinds.

Want to increase “success” or “love,” some positive quality? Fastest way to do it is talking directly to the Inner Court member with the most blocks and obstacles to flow of that quality. Together, with 'God as your Partner' the two of you chip away at these. Automatically more flow appears. Energy Medicine made easy.

The four archetypal characters of Camelot, Guinevere, Lancelot, Merlin & King Arthur (GLMA) have long-served as lenses for insight into our own subconscious role playing. Add muscle testing, and you can use them to navigate your habit body to what is working and not working in your psyche.

It's possible to see where our habits and comfort zones are running us; and if we need to, to initiate changes.

Functional~dysfunctional expressions of each member of the Inner Court are provided.

Q: What’s left for ME to do?

A: YOU remain Director of this UNconscious acting company. You determine which life scripts to produce and put them to work on.

Soul is choice; nothing determines our personality—unless we allow it. However, we rely on the acquired habits of our Inner Court to suggest how to respond to life situations.

If we do not change how we respond, we WILL respond in the habitual ways our Inner Court knows to respond.

These insights have been extensively tested by the author in client sessions since 2001. Insights gleaned from the Inner Court easily transfer to working with clients.

The Inner Court makes obvious the strengths and weaknesses of many previous mysteries:

- The limitations of “right and left brain” are completed here in a quadrant system,
- Personality typology in general is clarified,
- The connection between neurotransmitter production and the Inner Court becomes clear,
- The classic Supporter, Promoter, Analyzer, Controller typologies,
- MBTI ideas of how personality is formed thru preferences,
- Aristotle’s & Rudolf Steiner's four Temperaments,
- The pioneering work of Ned Herrmann & Katherine Benziger is clarified and made more artistic.

The Inner Court model is appropriate to grad students and ANYONE interested in counseling, coaching, training, sales and personal growth. 116 p. 6x9”
