Elena Ramirez's Mission is to bring glory to God, inspire his people, and speak a word of truth to the lost. To do this, in the Fathers love, and very mindful of the sacrifice of Christ. To uphold the word of God, the King James Bible as the final word, in all she does. Trusting, and believing, God will use her life as a testimony, in all that she has learned, and gone through, because his mercy, and compassion's do not fail. Her life is a testimony, of God's healings, restoration, and hope, because she sees the difference, before knowing Christ, and now obedient, to him. In truth, and love. My main gift, from God, is my ability to write, prayer. As a "prayer writer," and an intercessor, I am, able to take the word of God, and create prayer, for any need. I am a "truth seeker" so I commit in writing, and according to Gods truth, His truth, so you can be set free. I will not sugar coat, or deny His truth. I do not judge. I may judge the fruit. Or the reasons why things happen. But I do not judge the person, personally, thats not my job. My goal, is to love, as Christ loved. But because I fashion my life, my spirit according to Him, as I grow, I will speak the truth, in love. All of my writings, are prompted by the Holy spirit. And by my testimony, through my life, my experiences, I am with compassion. I have a great love, for people, to know truth, and Christ's love. I have the utterance, and boldness, to minister in love. As an inspirational speaker. With this, I have great understanding to bring an anointed, word to your congregation or woman's group. I want to see the world know Jesus Christ. Even if I can bring one soul at a time to his throne, to know his love. For he has been loving, and merciful, forgiving of my sins. Writing my name in his book of life. I want to write a Prayer of Hope, to fulfill this. Thank you, Elena Ramirez Please write to me, at prayerofgod@comcast.net and take a few moments, to look at other Web pages, I have created, to the glory of God.... http://elenaschristianquotes.wordpress.com Main Web Page http://home.comcast.net/~prayerofgod/prayerofsalvationlink1.htm Elena Ramirez Prayer of God Ministries P.O. How To Have Faith ~ My Secret Principles Of Faith With A True And Living God, Jesus Christ And The Holy Spirit - Elena Ramirez

    Chapter One

    Strength What Makes Us Strong?

    (Is Your Faith Faltering?)

The Lord is my strength and song, and He is become my salvation: He is my God, and I will prepare Him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt Him. Exodus 15:2

I love the Lord. I love Him, with all my heart soul, and mind. And then I love my brothers and sisters. I love You! The person who is reading this. I love you in Christ as the commandment says, as Christ taught it.

Jesus said unto Him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Matthew 22:37-39.

I have to write this as the first sentences of my book. How to Have Faith. To build a foundation. To identify it for it is about love.

So I pray this book, will prepare excellence for His habitation. As I try in my humble way to exalt Him. By writing about my faith, and the principles I have learned.

This scripture reminds me, in faith, of everything He is, and everything He has done for me. Because I could have given up a long time ago. I could have been defeated. I could have just given in to my misery. My sadness, my sorrow.

Do you feel like giving up?

Do you feel overwhelmed, by life, and situations, and problems? Do you even feel angry, that you cannot find a solution to your problems?

Life may feel dark to you. Perhaps, you may have lost your way, and your existence is so vague, and so lonely, as well. Your emotions, feel like you have been tossed here and there.

I have had these feelings of emotions, where, you want to give up. You just want to numb the pain. You just want to find a way to end your misery. Tears, and misery, have become your companion, and you expect to feel this lonely dark, weakness, that overcomes you. You expect it as being normal. But it is not dear child of God.

You actually feel like the walking dead. Your pain, and sorrow, and misery, have just become the norm. But dear one, you don’t have to stay there you don’t have to lose your way. I do understand this.

So many times, when we are going through something, we may also go to something else, as a substitute. Drugs, drinking, yes even sex. But don’t use anything as a substitute. Get faith. Get God!

And I really believe, I can help you, at least, in simple principles, that may even be a secret to you, but that I have learned, I can share from even some of my experiences.

To help you see Faith. To help you see, there is a way.

You may even be a Christian, who has had faith.

But along the way, you may have fallen, or sinned, or something has changed your perspective, and your trust in God, so you also have had a change of heart, and you want to grow stronger.

I believe, I can help you as well. And I don’t want to sound arrogant, or prideful, when I tell you this, but sometimes, when we see something that someone may go through, and we relate it to our own situations, we can have that Ah-ha moment. Where it just makes sense. It is common sense that can really be a secret principle. This is what I want you to see, as you read this book, How to Have Faith.

I have been at the bottom of the barrel. And when you look up, things do look a lot better. So much better you can climb to the top, and those problems, you have had, will look so small. Why? Because you have faith and God guided you.

And unless, we finally implement faith into our lives, we will be grasping at this, that, and the other. And there may even be a moment, where things ease, but unless we have faith in God, we are not being completely fulfilled. We need faith. And there are many things, that can hinder faith, but we have to see those things, and make the changes ourselves. Sometimes, they are big things, and sometimes they are little things. But we tweak those things, and make God the priority. And He makes the changes for us.

So, I will say it here, before I go on. There is no substitute to life, because God is life. And only He can bring the true meaning, and existence, back to a life. He is the only one, that can turn a situation around.

He gives us a choice though, and we have to choose wisely. Let this scripture minister to you, to begin even here to choose wisely.

See I have set before thee this day life and good, and death, and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

But if thine heart turn away so that thou wilt not hear but shall be drawn away, and worship others gods, and serve them: I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live. Deuteronomy 30:15-19

Dear friend, I don’t know you. But if you want to get faith, you have to make a choice. Even here, in Gods word, He gives you a choice. For you and your seed.

What about that child you have, or family member? Think about them.

And let us get one thing straight right off, if, you do not take His word, to heart even here. I will be honest.

Anything I may write from this point will not affect you, unless you see God in this matter. I am writing this, down, but He is speaking to me by the Holy spirit, and right now He is saying, to you and to me, that, He gives us a choice to choose. Life or death.

If you have been living without Him that is death. It is spiritual death. That’s why life is so miserable. That is why nothing makes sense. That’s why nothing changes.

We are to worship Him in spirit and in truth. So, if you have denied Him you are NOT in the truth. Read John 4:24 King James version.

Know this, especially if you have denied Him, or rejected Him. This is the reason why nothing does make sense in your being. For He who is life, who gave you life by breathing into your very existence, is being denied. And He cannot deny himself.

So, He let’s you and I choose. And it is either life or death. That we choose. It is a secret principle. To understand this. It is the reason why things work or do not work in our life.

And I will tell you here, please choose life. You think hell on earth is bad. Hell after life, is worse, and there will be no second chances. That is the final outcome. That’s why it is so important to choose wisely while we are on earth.

He is the only one that can make life worth living, when you begin to live it for Him.

Strength, what makes us strong? Yes, I have learned, strength, can be present one moment, but gone the next.

This is what I want to address in this entire book. Concerning faith. We need to work on it daily. So that it can become a part of us, and we can react in faith, not fear, nor even disbelief. But faith. Just believing, strongly.

To have that strength. To have faith.

Remember Samson? He was strong. But when sin, came into his life, and he gave the secret, of his strength, to Delilah, he became weak.

Sin. It will make us weak. Physically and spiritually. At the end, Samson, lost his eye sight.

But his spiritual eyes were opened. And his strength returned. It was manifested, physically and spiritually.

So lets keep our spiritual eyes opened through this book. We need to remember only with Christ are we truly strong. He says, take His yoke, and learn of Him. (Matthew 11:29. Look it up. King James version)

With Him, our burdens become light, and we gain strength.

Rest at the Lords feet, dear one. Before we go on. To get strong again. We must open our spiritual eyes, for that strength.

Repenting, and yes, even daily, for sins, we may not SEE. Take a moment even now, and look at your heart. Look to see, if sin, has hindered your own faith.

Ask God to take it away, so your faith, can grow.

This must become a daily discipline. To repent, to seek God. In His word, His true word, in prayer. In obedience. I will talk about repentance throughout the book, and in a chapter of its own. (Chapter 29) But it is very important.

If we do not obey, what are we allowing into our household? Even our bodies the temple of the living God. What are we allowing?

Think of the results of when you exercise, daily. Physically. You get stronger. Well the same principle applies here, in the spiritual sense. In your emotions in your mentality. To have peace of mind.

The results are evident in your faith or lack of it, and how many times, does our faith falter? I know myself, this is the greatest threat, in our walk, with the Lord, and does not please God.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for He that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. King James version

We must strengthen our faith. We must do this, to please God to grow, to change, to see victories.

If not, the evidence will be seen as a victim. But you can have victories.

Christ makes that difference. This is how we gain strength. By seeking the only one, who took our burdens to the cross. By reminding ourselves, of His sacrifice.

By praying, by being committed to His call. To know, that you know, and remember past testimonies.

Your faith, must be evident. Daily. So know this, God has not given us the entire picture of life. We have to obtain, and grow little by little. So, take it easy on yourself right now. And let this all begin to sink in. You need faith! Even here I offer a silent prayer, that God would help your faith!

But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. Luke 22:32

Do not despise small beginnings. The only way, it can grow, from that mustard seed, is to seek Him. To water it with love...

Seek Him, in prayer, by His word, the Holy spirit, will guide you. May this book, with each chapter, give you, the Principles, that are a secret to so many…..

But not to those, who seek Christ. To those who seek Christ, daily they renew their cup of faith, and are able to learn. This is a journey.

Life is a journey. And in this journey let us go on and find the answers that come from Gods word, so our experiences, will be a testimony to the glory of God.

So we must search. We must search, as if we are looking for a treasure.

We do not have to stay in that weak place, where we are not strong. We do not have to be victims to our circumstances any longer. We can choose life, not death.

We do not have to be defeated. Faith is the principle that we can implement, to get answers.

To get wisdom and to please God. To even please ourselves.

Lets move forward by this book, to have faith, with principles that come from God himself, to be victorious in Christ.

Much, love, and blessings, in Christ,

    Elena Ramirez

    My Prayer of Hope,

Father, gently you sway me more, and more in my faith. Making me stronger, here and there....

How kind you are Lord, to me, as I look at my life. From the past, even up to now. How you change me, how you motivate me, inspire me. Yes, how kind you are. When I recall, many times, how you have come to my aid, how you have healed me, guided me, blessed me, I cannot help but stir up my faith.

I know, that I know, you are God. I know, that your will be done. I know, that you can change things. In a moment. I do not choose to look at my problems.

But, I choose to look to you. Being thankful. I choose to know, you can turn anything around. Trials, obstacles, challenges, heartache, and even great sorrow, and sometimes, one may wonder why? But Lord, knowing you, I just know, that can change.

To victories, prosperity, joy, contentment, great health, and wealth, being complete in Christ. This is the goal. Sometimes, we don't even know, how blessed we are. But I do not want to complain.

I want to be thankful. Knowing your power, your word, your own testimonies, I receive from your word, like parting the sea, for your people. What a great miracle of yours Father, to ponder on in faith!

Father, as I think of healing, and your creation, and oh such much more. By Christ. It is possible.

The greatest gift you could give anyone of us, for as we seek Him, as Lord, and savior, this faith, small as a mustard seed, can grow.

I heard someone, make a joke recently, and it said, I HAVE A MUSTARD SEED OF FAITH AND I AM NOT AFRAID TO USE IT and its cute, but so true. We cannot be afraid. But we have to choose life, not death. Life because of Christ’s sacrifice and because there is a better life ahead, in faith if we believe.

We must trust you. Lord, as I rest at your feet, as I seek you, you will get me through all things. I claim heaven on earth. Your will be done. I claim your word. I speak it, over my situations, and I believe.

Thank you Lord, for guiding me and making me stronger, by Christ. For Christ holds me up, when I cannot hold the situation up. The cross, becomes the strength. For all of us, Lord, your mercy endures forever. In Jesus name. Amen

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in. Isaiah 58:12 King James version

    Chapter Two

    Preparation Then Say A Prayer…

The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. Proverbs 16:1

    Preparation....

Go to your quiet place. It’s in the garden. The birds are singing. There is beauty in that sound. Quietly, you close the door behind you. You want to be with your Holy Father. And you do not want to be interrupted. No distractions.

But it does not matter. You know He hears you wherever you are. He is always with you. He will never leave or forsake you. You know this. You are grateful.

In this moment, you, concentrate on God. You concentrate on all that He has done. You concentrate, in all, of His great creation, and power.

Everything, stands still, and comes to this moment. Of, just knowing. He is God. He is the King of Kings.

With all your heart, you know, for you are a believer in Jesus Christ, as your savior. Taking this opportunity, by divine appointment to ponder on the goodness of God.

You remind yourself, you will need to know in your heart, all He has done for you. You stir up your faith…

And if needed you concentrate on past times, when you felt the presence of God. You, remember times, He has protected you. Spared you.

With all your heart, you offer Him glory, and praise. Worship him. For you, are in awe, of His majesty. Seek Him, with every ounce of your being.

Nothing else matters, but who He is, and who you are in Him. For you are His child, precious in his sight.

Gifted, and blessed, though you might not even see it. You have the potential to do great and wonderful things. So wonderful, that you do not even fathom them.

But God knows. He is waiting for you. An overwhelming sense of love, floods your heart. A flood of light overwhelms you. You hear His voice. He is calling you to renew your mind.

Search the scriptures. I am waiting He says…

He will reveal a word for you.

You purposely do this. To, do things differently, because you want to change within yourself.

You want to be in that place of holiness, with your Lord. So you open your King James Bible. Take that Word it is a promise from Him. Prepare it in your heart, think on it, ponder it, memorize it. Pray it….. With all your heart!

So shall My word be that goeth forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11

Say it over and over. Because that is where the true power is. He honors His own word. (KJV) For it is Holy.

Not mans word that has been compromised, by carnal hands. His word. I know the difference.

No, You want to honor him, by speaking His word. For He, is Holy. He is calling you to be Holy.

In this moment, humble yourself, in the sight of God, for you are in the presence of the Almighty King of Kings.

Now is the moment, to repent.

If there is something in your heart, that is weak, or doubts, or where sin, wants to dominate, you will not grow to be the person you need to be.

Your faith will stop right there.

You need to know there are principles that need to be evident, that show your faith. You want to please God, so you search your heart. It may even be a sin you do not know of.

But maybe something that did not show faith, or trust in God. Maybe something you said, that was not nice. Whatever it is, and you do not know, you ask God, to show you your sins, so you can be free.

With your eyes closed, quiet, and alone, with your thoughts, and with the goal of cleansing, see yourself shedding your sins. Those things, that need changing, and healing, rearranging. They are falling off, like leaves that are no longer on a tree.

See where the sins were, and look at your skin, it is being regenerated, even as you look. You are seeing in the spirit, not physically. Though it can affect the physical. But you see new life. Life, and the renewing of God’s love, is all about you, and on you.

For you are on the vine with Christ, and as a branch, there is new life. Paradise is in your heart. Your cup of joy is being filled.

Peace that surpasses all understanding, is holding you, still keeping you still.

You are in awe that somehow there is a transformation of new life about you. See yourself again, you are clothed in clothes of righteousness, royal colors, of blue, white, gold, and purple, are wrapped around you, and you have a sense of something different taking place.

Your eyes are filling with tears, and you are very grateful, thankful.

You know, that you know. Faith! It is alive even if it is as small as a mustard seed.

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief; for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 17:20

You know, that, you are His daughter or His son.

Your heritage is royal, because of Christ. Great favor, is yours. You sense it.

Because the fathers love was so great, for you and all who believe. You remember what Christ did for you. You remember what He did by taking each beating, and by going on the cross for you.

Take this moment, as you think of your savior, and His great love, for you, as you ponder on His suffering to even get on the cross. For you.

You see His hands and feet pierced by the nails. You see, your sins, are on that cross. Your heart, breaks for you know, your sins were great. But there they are.

As you see His crown of thorns on His head bleeding. You see His death on the cross, and sense the stillness of the earth.

You see Him being taken to the tomb, and buried. The tomb is covered, by this enormous rock. It is probably, as heavy, as your heart may feel.

But you know, in this private moment, He has taken leave from the tomb. For three days.

Do you see Him going to the gates of hell, and taking your name off the book of death register at the gates? You wonder did He have to fight with the devil, for you in those three days?

You see the miracle, for then three days miraculously, later, the Son of God has risen, and He has been resurrected.

He has escaped death, and is alive!

You now know and feel that life, because He is alive in your heart. You have a sense of hope, you feel secure.

You know that you know, nothing is impossible with God. You surrender your feelings, your way, knowing His way, is better. You want His will to be done in your life.

For, you now see, with your heart, your spirit. This is not a matter of being intellectual, but totally spiritual. You want to bless your Lord Jesus.

Knowing you must give Him a signal, of appreciation, perhaps some gift, you reach for your head, and symbolically, offer Him your crown, that has been placed on your head.

With eyes still closed, lay it there at His feet, kneel at his throne, and do not move.

    Say a prayer.......

Do you have to rededicate yourself to Christ? Now is the time.

    A Prayer of Hope,

Lord, I pray to quiet my spirit, as I seek you. No distractions let me hear your voice amidst my daily interactions by your Holy Spirit and no one else. I do long to find a quiet place. But speak to me Father, wherever I may be, and let me quiet my spirit, to always hear your voice. In Jesus name. Amen

    Please Note:

I wrote this, for myself, to sort my feelings out, before I would say a prayer. To take the necessary steps, I suppose, to get my heart prepared for prayer. Quieting my spirit. Getting away from the distractions. I wanted to stir up my faith. So I took this step of preparation.

For communicating with God, is a Holy matter. And I want my conscious, and subconscious, to be aware of who God is in His holiness, and what He means to me.

This is my way, I suppose, to get to that place, to gain access to his throne, before prayer, so I can go to my Father who is holy, and I can rest at His feet. Giving him my crown, but just seeking His presence.

Seeking him, for who he is. Hoping, in faith, that He will take my cares, my needs, and replace it, with His supernatural ability. For I long to see His power, and goodness working in my life. For my prayer is for miracles in His name. So that He would get all glory and praise. I want to honor God, I want to bless Him for as I pray, it seems right.

For He has blessed me. It only seems right, to want to bless my God in return.

Prayer, in faith, as a principle, it is not a method, but complete communication, between you and God.

Am I saying that, I have to do this all the time? No, I am not.

What I am saying is that, there are times, when you long for a more deeper sense of prayer.

A more spiritual expression, and this is what I do to prepare myself for that. It can also come from fasting. Writing this, just brought it all to my understanding. As a principle. Is it a secret? May God give you wisdom to know.

May this bless you, but I encourage you, take the moments before you go to him in prayer, to establish who He is to you, and all that He may mean to your life.

The goal in this, is to prepare our hearts in prayer. To get to that point of true faith.

It is only my guideline, and it may inspire you, but may God give you your own vision, to make it personal, between you and him. I call it:

    PREPARATION.... THEN, SAY A PRAYER......

    Blessings, and Just my Thoughts.....

    Elena Ramirez

And Thus are the secrets of His heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a Truth. I Corinthians 14:25 KJV.

Truth can only come from you Father.

It may be hidden at times but by worship it

becomes evident as I worship you. Lord, for

your glory. Let the report be brought forth

to the light and no longer hidden in darkness.

    Chapter Three

Getting Out Of The Box ~

    Thinking with Christ.

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. Proverbs 23:7.

What we think about, is something, we have to recognize, before we can get out of the box with Christ. What thoughts, are we generating? What is motivating our thoughts? What are we pondering on, over and over again?

Is what we are thinking about, godly thoughts, or worldly thoughts? Evil thoughts? Self-defeating thoughts? Victim or victorious thoughts? Happy thoughts? Or sad thoughts?

Sometimes, our situations will dominate our thinking, and we can get depressed, or in a funk, and yes put our faith on hold. So we have to look at this very carefully. Because it is true, as the scripture says above, as we think, that is what we are. The goal is to have the mind of Christ, and to have a healthy well balanced sense of thinking.

And even as I share some experiences from my life in this chapter, and I look back, I needed help. In my thinking. Even though, I believed in God and prayed, my thinking was negative, and sometimes unforgiving. I have to be honest. I thought I was the victim. And that’s what I became because I thought that.

And no one would help me, in other areas, let alone my own thinking. Except God, He helped me. But as I look back in retrospect, it makes me even think here, how stinky my own thoughts were then.

Our memories, as we go through something, will be a reminder, of our own mistakes, and how something can influence the way we think. So we have to be careful. I see it more then ever, that I have to discipline myself, to think right thoughts, to think thoughts, that are healthy, and to be honest that please, God and His holy spirit.

Does God love us, even though we do not know Him? Or we may know Him, but we keep missing the mark?

Yes, we know John 3:16. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Yes, God loves us the way we are. But, because of who He is, He knows, we can have potential that far exceeds our own expectations. In faith.

Today, I want to, tap into that source, of who He is. I want to tap into my faith. With love with His word, with prayer, and praise.

I know His Word is the key. I want to expect, great blessings, but more then anything, I want to see my faith, reaching those new heights.

I want to speak, to my obstacles. To change within. Especially, if I am doing anything wrong.

I do not want to stay the way I am, I want to reach others for Christ.

And more then anything, I want to see my life fulfilled, because of who He is. I want to grow every day. Never content, with who I am, but because of who He is in me.

I have such a strong sense, a determination today, as I write this. That I can only attribute it, to the Holy Spirit, speaking to me, prompting me, motivating me.....

I feel so different. Its that feeling, that I know, that I know. And it just gives me that unction to function!

Today, I am content. I am thankful, grateful. For each and every one of my blessings, that God has provided. Not by me, not even my husband, or my own family, but by God. And I am so grateful for my family. They bring me so much.

But this glory goes to God. For He, is life, and life is not life without Him. He is, God, my Father, my Lord, who sustains me. By His mercy, and grace.

But even though, I am content, I sense, I am not reaching my full potential. So I am stirring up, my spirit, and faith. I am stirring up your spirit, and faith. And anybody else who may read this, to know, there is a way! Christ, is that way, the truth, and life. John 14:6.

I am not content in the sense, that I am just happy, to let life go by me. Without giving it my all, and all.

Sometimes, we can become complacent, and you know, it is good to rest at the feet of the Lord, and not get into spiritual battles, but when one has opportunity, to do great things for God, for others, for themselves, then they should tap into that.

And take a risk! Take a chance. Get out of your comfort zone, and explore the options.

Christ is holding your hand, and will guide you. I know some pretty talented, people.....(everybody I know)

For you see, you each possess, a gift, a calling, a special talent, or attribute that you excel at. No one else can do what you do. For it is your unique blessing, God has given you. But many just let it coast for them. It can become stagnant.

I refuse to do that, any more. Any chance, I get to share the good news of Jesus Christ, especially, here in my writing, I am going to be first in line. I am going to run up there,
