About this ebook

Do you love your life?

If you don't ADORE your life, you can change it — more easily than you can imagine.

I'm sure you've heard quotes like: "if you can imagine it, you can achieve it." And: "if you can dream it, you can become it."

The challenge with these and similar quotes, as true as they are, is that mostly we don't know what we want.

You can make a case for saying that if you knew what you wanted, you'd already have it.

We don't have what we want for two reasons:
* We don't know precisely what we want, or if we do…
* We hold ourselves back from achievement because change is uncomfortable.

Sometimes the only thing we know is that we want something.

This book will help you to discover what you want. Then, you'll use ten-minute journaling to help you to discover ways to get what you want. The journaling process helps you to discover yourself.
It unlocks who you are.

You may be wondering: ten minutes? Can ten minutes of writing make a real difference in my life?
Yes, it can, and it will.

Build a powerful journaling habit, starting today.

Ten-minute journaling: discover what you want

Journaling not only helps you to discover what you want, it also helps you to understand where you are, and make peace with what you have. It's possible to spend decades struggling, wanting to escape a situation, and mentally escaping into fantasy, but staying stuck.

The seeds of escape lie in understanding deeply where you are, and accepting that. When you come to terms with where you are, you can change that, if you wish.

I've had years in which I journaled, and years when I didn't. It took me years to realize that those periods in which I didn't journal were not as happy nor as productive, as the years in which I journaled.

I sabotaged myself, without being consciously aware of it. Many of us do.

Why not try ten-minute journaling for yourself?

Here you go; try this simple exercise, right now.

Take a journal break: what's important right now?

To get a taste of ten-minute journaling, grab a notebook or a piece of paper, and write: What's important, right now?

Look at your watch, then write for five or ten minutes, answering that question. You may be surprised at what you write.
