About this audiobook
Lulu the witch girl is a little nervous about her first day of school, but she heads off with her broom and Dracula lunch box. She immediately loves her new teacher, Miss Slime, especially her wart. Lulu’s first flying lesson around the cemetery goes great!
There’s only one thing she doesn’t like about witch school—curly-haired Sandy Witch, who seems to do everything better than Lulu.
Funny, spooky Lulu Goes to Witch School is a Level Two I Can Read book, geared for kids who read on their own, but still need a little help. Perfect for back to school and Halloween!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I just thought this story was amazing . The way it was recited and the funny voices in the middle were very realistic. I also think it would be more wonderful if this story was not in the form of audio. I would love to read more books in written format, the stories can be scary but friendly for little readers like myself .
I would like to share what types of books I am fond of -
1. mysterious stories like The secret seven
2. school stories like Malory towers , lulu goes to which school
3. moral stories like panchatantra
4.folk tales like Sacked folk tales that you can carry around
5. Magical stories like The magical finger
6. Interesting stories like Supandi stories from tinkle digest

School: White Field Global School - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Your basic school enemy to friend story that can be good for developing social skills along with reading skills but with a goth twist. Unfortunately, It's a book full of white-presenting folks with one kid who might be POC but could also just be a tan beach witch. Fair-skinned East Asian and Middle Eastern children could likely see themselves represented, but that's about it. Zero rep for kids with disabilities, richly brown skin, larger kids, or non-femme. Intended for ages 4 to 7.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5In this second early-reader devoted to the adventures of little witch-girl Lulu - the first was Lulu and the Witch Baby - our witchy heroine experiences her first day at school, where she discovers that she likes her teacher, Miss Slime, but dislikes her classmate, Sandy Witch. A bit of a braggart and a bully, with the accomplishments to back up her snooty superiority act - she arrives at school knowing more than Lulu, she wins praise from Miss Slime for her artwork, and she proves a whiz at flying - Sandy is ruining Lulu's school experience! It takes a bout of lizard pox to even things out...Like its predecessor, Lulu Goes to Witch School uses an enchanting environment - witches! magic! potions and spells! - to explore an all-too-common childhood experience: the first day of school. Unlike its predecessor, which didn't really speak to me, I found this story rather charming. Young readers will really identify with Lulu's feelings of frustrations, I think, and sympathize with her awkwardness, and desire to avoid school. The humorous conclusion to the tale, along with the colorful, cartoon-like illustrations from Emily Arnold McCully, will only add to their enjoyment. Recommended to beginning readers who enjoy witchy tales, along with similar titles from Deborah Hautzig (Little Witch's Big Night) and Bruce Degen (The Little Witch and the Riddle).
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Lulu's very excited to start witch school- until she meets Sandy Witch. Sandy brags about how she is the best at everything, and outdoes Lulu even at the things Lulu excels at. Lulu finally gets her chance to be the best- she ends up with the most lizard pox!
