has not been commissioned locally or internationally for any professional/commercial

work on book design

Minors must have their parent or guardian's permission to enter.

 Interested parties may submit the following for application:

1. photocopy of current school year registration form
2. photocopy of school ID
3. 1 page of your original artwork in black and white (letter size)
4. 1 page of your original artwork in monochrome (letter size)
5. 1 page of your original artwork in full color (letter size)
6. application form with written agreement on the rules, terms and condition of the contest

(2 pages, including this page)

7. self-addressed business/brown envelope with sufficient prepaid postage (for the return of

your entries)

Enclosed all 7 requirements in a short brown envelope labeled on the flap with “Book Design

Contest 2010”

 Entries may be sent thru postal mail or hand-delivered to:

 All entries must be received before 6PM on Monday, March 15, 2010.

 Contestants will be notified via e-mail of the result of his/her entry not later than March 22,

2010.

 Three (3) finalists will be chosen, who will be required to attend the project brief with the editor
