PatrolmanMcDevitt

back-up
officer;
Baxter

scene
shortly
after he
arrived.Upon
PatrolmanMcDevitt's
arrival,
he
never
exited
from
his
patrolcar
nor
did hemake any
attempt
to
investigate
thecause
of
thealarm.

that
