He believed that would be in Iran for approximately onemonth to a month and a half. I asked if he had any security cameras that recorded the interioror exterior of the café. reported that he did not have any cameras in the café that recorded. I askedif he would pass on my contact information to in case he called. The Basha Café hasa closing time of 1:00 AM seven days a week and the last patron is supposed to be out no later than 1:30 AM.On 11/02/09 at approximately 11:15 PM I responded back to the Sunoco gas station to speak withI asked if he recalled the incident on October 4, 2009 at 4:39 AM. reported that he wasworking that night, but he did not remember anything out of the ordinary during his shift. I asked him if heremembered the police responding to his location and speaking to two individuals who were outside his gas station.stated that it is not unusual for the police to stop by the gas station; sometimes the police stop byand come in to check on him and sometimes the police just park next to the gas pumps and stay outsidewatching what is going on. reported that he never called the police for assistance on October 4, 2009.On 11/05/2009 at approximately 2:30 PM I spoke to i via telephone. informed me thathe had to postpone his trip to Iran due to his wife having back problems and possibly needing surgery. I askedif he remembered the incident with Mr. Galluccio on October 4, 2009. stated that he didand reported the following: On October 4, 2009 he was the closing manager for Basha Café and a little after 2:00AM Mr. Galluccio entered the café. stated that he has known Mr. Galluccio for a few yearsand noticed that he did not look well, so he made him something to eat but did not serve him anyalcoholic beverages. continued to clean up the restaurant and noticed that Mr. Galluccio was inno condition to drive home, so he offered to take Mr. Galluccio home. Mr. Galluccio agreed and handedthe key to his motor vehicle. never saw Mr. Galluccio?s motor vehicle when they exitedthe restaurant so he decided to take his own vehicle (a Ford Taurus ) and attempted to locate Mr.Galluccio?s residence on Sunset Road in Cambridge. While trying to locate his house, Mr. Galluccio kept falling asleep and they were unable to find his residence.reported that it was now sometime past 4:00 AM and he had been driving around forapproximately thirty minutes without being able to locate his residence. stated he was exhausted fromworking a double that day and wanted to get home as well; so he drove back to the Sunoco Gas station located at515 Concord Avenue in Cambridge, and called the Cambridge Police Department for assistance.could not recall what he told the dispatcher but thought he said Mr. Galluccio was not feeling well orwas possibly drunk and was asking if the Cambridge Police could assist him in getting Mr. Galluccio home.stated that within a short period of time a police cruiser pulled into the gas station.walked over to the cruiser and spoke to the officers, while Mr. Galluccio remained outside next to theFord Taurus. told the officers that he was trying to get Mr. Galluccio home, but could not locate hisresidence.
