The FDIC Q3 Quarterly Banking Profile shows continued stress in the banking system.

For the 10-Year yield my annual value level is 2.999 with my annual pivot at 2.813 and this week’s risky level at 2.656. Gold is above my monthly pivot at $1373.0 with this week’s risky level at $1412.1. Crude oil is between my monthly value level at $78.51 and my semiannual pivot at $83.94. On the euro I have been looking for weakness to my quarterly value level at at 1.3318 and the overnight low was 1.3288. For the Dow my monthly value level is 10,848 with the 50-day at 11,032 and my annual and semiannual pivots at 11,235 and 11,296. The FDIC shows 860 problem banks increasing the percent of problem banks to 11.1% from 10.6%.
