Dr. Malcolm Potts of the Bixy Center for Population, Health and Sustainability, UC Berkeley, and Dr. Martha Campbell of Venture Strategies for Health and Development, came to the Philippines to talk about population and Development. Also at the forum was former Senator Vicente Paterno, talking about the Consensus Bill on Population. The Demographic Governance Conference took place at the AIM Conference Center on November 18, 2010.
