This collection consists of key excerpts from transcripts four secret bankruptcy court hearings — the existence of which was concealed for over five years. The hearings were an amalgamation of wiretap and secret trial proceedings. Many more such hearings occurred; at least 13 have been identified from illegally sealed and off-the-docket doucuments that were ordered disgorged by the district court. Because the secret were hearings held without a court reporter part of their substance had to be deduced from the plethora of secret documents.
