GULGBT minutes
COM (Committee meetings) are held regularly (usually once a week during term). These are attended by both committee and non-committee members although only the former are allowed to vote on topics (the latter are seen as spectators). AGM (Annual General meetings) are held with the view of filling the places of people leaving the committee as well as reviewing the constitution. EGM (Emergency General meetings) are held if someone leaves a position during their term. There is more information on these meetings in the constitution.
