Works Progress Administration
The Works Progress Administration Collection includes essays on Pawnee County written as part of New Deal programs in the late 1930s. Some of the essays were written based on oral history interviews conducted by high school and college students as part of the National Youth Administration, a part of the Works Progress Administration.
