Project Florence

This summer Wessex Archaeology, Defence Infrastructure Organisations (DIO) and 1st Rifles are running an excavation on Salisbury Plain Training Area. The excavation is part of Operation Nightingale, a rehabilitation programme for soldiers wounded in Afghanistan.
