"Keod Smith strikes at Bacon's Coalition to have the injunction they have set aside and to have his name removed from the proceedings. Grounds for this includes: Non-disclosure; Untruths; Misrepresentation; Biasness; Procedural Impropriety; Abuse of Court Process and Bacon and Fred Smith QC being busybodies. Affidavit evidence shows Bacon's Coalition seeks to challenge a Decision that they got the Government to make compelling Keod Smith to pull down dock....Uummmm!! Now Bacon's Coalition is served, they would have to answer these assertions. Peter Nygard is expected to make similar applications next week"
