Since the first edition, Cassandra has become a competitive dancer and Jennifer has got all her teeth! I remain the person
tapping on the keyboard all night. I also dedicate this book to my father Frederick Coulthard, and my brother WayneCoulthard. I thank my whole family for their encouragement, and for putting up with my "humor."
