n former days, the argument used against reformation was thenecessity of maintaining unity. e argument went something likethis: ‘You must bear with this ceremony and that dogma, no matter howanti-Christian and unholy it is. You must endeavor ‘to keep the spirit of unity and the bond of peace.’ at is what the old serpent said in thoseearly days. And the argument continued like this: ‘e church is one, andwoe to those who create division! It does not matter that Mary is set upin the place of Christ, that images are worshipped, that rotten rags areadored, and that pardons of every kind of crime are bought and sold. Itdoes not matter that the so-called church has become an abomination anda nuisance on the face of the earth. God’s Awakening Call to Be the Body Of Christ, Rather Than to “Attend” Something
I
t has become more and more obvious to God’s Chosen, worldwide, that thetypical expression of what is known as “church” has been influenced by theenemy, and through worldly culture. Our understanding and expressionof “church,” in generation aer generation, around the world has been leddown a Machiavellian path of shallowness, pride, greed, lukewarmness,worldliness, and Ishmaelic infrastructure. In the institutions of today, thequality of the sermons and teaching is sometimes good. I hesitate, aer visiting many hundreds of “services” of every conceivable denominationand “non-denomination,” to say that “most” teaching in these assembliesis Truth-filled. But, certainly some of it is quite good. Sometimes the“worship time” is “encouraging” or “inspiring.” We need to add, though,that accomplishing this has oen required Spiritual prostitution to acquire“talented” musicians to “lead”—in spite of the fact that they may have littleor no real relationship with Jesus. eir unregeneracy, or worldly life isoen overlooked in order to accomplish our desired

Frequently the “programs”of modern religious assemblies have targeted “worthy” objectives, such asfeeding hungry unbelievers, building homes in Nicaragua, or distributingtracts to passers-by in an urban area. Many groups have a formidablenumber of creative efforts ongoing, many or most of which may be goodthings to be involved in. And yet...And yet the quality of

of people in these organizations iswhat it’s all about.

measurement of how much of whatis going on is really of Jesus. e lack of the daily application of the Wordof God, by the Priesthood of Believers with one another, is cataclysmic. Inmost religious assemblies, only the 5-10% “committed nucleus” (a numberoffered by many “pastors” as the norm) even TRIES to be involved in each
