Christopher Tipper is a free-lance software developer and writer with a deep interest in economic, political and social affairs.
Born and brought up overseas, of English parents, he has lived in Iran, Zaïre, Lebanon, and Greece. He settled in England in 2000.
Educated at Charterhouse and Imperial College, his chief intellectual influence has been Karl Popper and his defense of an open society against absolutism and dogma.
