Your definition of "Intel Core 2 Duo Processor" reads more like an advertisement than a definition. You might consider defining it by comparing it to a similar speed single core processor. Other than that, this looks good!

I might be wrong, but I think the Letter of Transmittal should go before the Table of Contents but after the cover. It might just be the way scribd formatted your document, but I think putting a page break before the "Conclusions" section would look better, as your table wouldn't be broken up.

In one case it might be a matter of days, while in another it might be a matter of weeks or months, which might give you an idea of how long it typically takes for the position to be filled. However, I'm not really sure if most papers would have this information readily available or not.

cunni162 scribbled: In your introduction: "...what computer brand and model is the best fit for him at a specific location..." Maybe I'm not reading this correctly, but "at a specific location" doesn't make a lot of sense in this context. I would consider adding a "base price" row to your table on pages 4-5, as you mention this is an important consideration to your decision maker. In your Call to Action, I think you meant "pursued" and not "perused." Otherwise, this looks pretty good... you did a much better job at being concise than I did!
