::3::4. The APGENCO also directs that Offices under the control of APGENCO shallremain closed on all Sundays and Second Saturdays in all the months during the year2012.5. In addition to the above General Holidays, the employees under the ontrolof APGENCO may avail themselves of Optional Holidays not exceeding FIVE during theyear 2012 on the festivals/Occasions specified in the above to these orders at their optionirrespective of the religion to which the festival pertains. However, permission to avail anyof these holidays should be applied for, in writing in advance and will normally be grantedby the superior officer competent to grant casual leave except when the presence of anindividual employee is considered necessary in the exigencies of the work of AndhraPradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited.
