in your life.They can also be called "wish boards", "visual boards" and "dream boards."Visualization Techniques have been seen back in the ancient times where figured pictureswere sketched on walls of caves. These paintings were created before a hunt so thecaveman would see in his minds eye the experience of already succeeding in capturing his prey. Nowadays vision boards have been talked about everywhere from such TV shows asOprah, Larry King to Music Videos. It's widespread appeal came from the hit documentaryfilm "The Secret" which lead to the out pour of "Law of Attraction" Aficionados.The most common type of vision boards are those that resemble a collage and feature pictures cut from magazines and those used from personal photographs and drawings.Before you begin the creation process it's important to have the following ready:A) Visual Items: personal photos, drawings, photographs and magazine imagesB) Affirmations: inspirational quotes, mantras and personal "I have" statements thatencourage positive changes that you want in your life.
