Needs an editor to eliminate the wordiness and repetition. Needs an unbiased editor to eliminate the anecdotal and/or one-sided evidence and to provide some deeper understanding of the economics. For example, if we spend (p 27-28) 16% of GDP on health care, saying "The typical American family spends just 5.4% of its income on health care" is irrelevant. obviously you haven't had to suffer because you couldn't afford to see a doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics or medicine. People who can't afford insurance or are denied insurance often can't afford to see a doctor for preventative care, or when ill. I've called doctors to try to schedule an appt and they won't even see someone without insurance. If you have pre existing and minimum wage, what do you do?
