Seems anyone can produce a paper - you cant be too confident or you would allow downloads

obviously you haven't had to suffer because you couldn't afford to see a doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics or medicine. People who can't afford insurance or are denied insurance often can't afford to see a doctor for preventative care, or when ill. I've called doctors to try to schedule an appt and they won't even see someone without insurance. If you have pre existing and minimum wage, what do you do?

From this book, it seems you probably qualify for government help, but don't know how to sign up. You can always go to the emergency room, where they must see you (she says).
