The Amazing Grace Race- FUNdraiser Edition!

Saturday, July 28th starting at 9:30 a.m. In the Apostolic Church of Belleville Fellowship Hall, 1648 LaSalle St., Belleville Ending time- ???? (sometime in the afternoon) What is the Amazing Grace Race? The race is modeled off of the t.v. show The Amazing Race. Working in teams of 4 or 5, teams are given a series of clues that lead them to locations to perform tasks. Basically, its one big scavenger hunt that takes teams around Belleville and its surrounding areas. The tasks could be mental, physical, or just plain crazy! How does it work? Teams will begin at the ACOB Fellowship Hall where they will be given their first clue, which leads them to the next clue/task. The game continues in this manner until the last clue. What does it cost? The cost is $10/person, which includes lunch. There will be a pit stop for lunch at the ACOB Fellowship Hall. Each teams lead time will be preserved when the race re-starts after the lunch pit stop. What are the age requirements? All ages are welcome, though children under 5 may have a hard time keeping interest in the race. The only requirement is that one of your team members must be old enough to drive and must have a vehicle to transport the rest of the team. Why should you participate? This is an entertaining FUNdraiser to raise money for two very important causesSheaves for Christ and the Apostolic Church of Bellevilles kidzMINISTRIES Department. All proceeds will go to these causes. Contact Theresa Phelps (tap@rgsz.com) with questions, to sign up, or for more details.
