Objectives
Ÿ After 10 minutes of discussion, the client will be able to identify disease vectors and what are
the causes of these.
Ÿ After 5 minutes of discussion, the client will be able to give at least 5 out of 8 disease vectors.
Ÿ After 10 minutes of discussion, the client will be able to identify what are breeding sites of
these vectors and be able to give 3 out of 5 examples of it.
Ÿ After giving examples, the client should be able to point out possible breeding sites present in
their home environment.
Ÿ After 10 minutes of discussion, the client will be able to determine the possible effects of
presence of breeding sites in their home environment and enumerate at least 3 out of 5 of
these effects.
Ÿ After 10 minutes of discussion, the client will be able to give 3 out of 5 possible ways to
eradicate the breeding sites of vectors
Ÿ After giving 3 possible ways of eliminating breeding sites, the client should be able to choose
at least 2 out of 3 ways which she is willing to do
Ÿ After 15 minutes of demonstration, the client will be able to perform the said ways correctly.
Ÿ After one week, the client must be able to lessen disease vectors present in their home
environment so as the breeding sites.
