THE WORLD URBAN FORUMEXHIBITION
The Government o Italy will host the Sixth session othe World Urban Forum in the city o Naples rom 1 to 7September, 2012 under the theme:
The Urban Future.
The World Urban Forum exhibition will showcase someo the world’s premier cities and innovations in urbandevelopment. It will be held in our exhibition hall,oering a total o
7,135 suare meers
o exhibitionspace.
Oudoor eon space s also avalale,owever, only Forum delegaes can access oudoores.
The exhibition will provide space or inormal discussions,side events, and the latest in urban living. Designedto attract a large audience, exhibits will relate to theoverall themes o the Forum and will be open toWUF6 participants and the general public rom 1 to 6September, rom 9am to 6.30pm.The exhibition will eature thematic exhibits, countrypavilions, an urban cinema area, a orum areawith seating or inormal discussions and ood andrereshments courts.The Exhibition Guide provides inormation and basicprocedures o the exhibition construction, mounting,rollout and dismantling. It outlines the rights andduties o the ORGANIZERS (UN-Habitat and the Host),EXHIBITORS and BOOTH CONTRACTORS, as well as thedeadlines that the EXHIBITORS must comply with.
WHO WILL EXHIBIT?
- Cities will showcase programs, initiatives, partnershipand solutions to address the challenges osustainability- Countries will present programs on cities at thenational level- United Nations agencies and other internationalorganizations will prole their work on building bettercities globally- The private sector will present services, products andinnovative solutions to urban problems- Non-governmental organizations will promote theirroles in urban sustainability- Researchers and publishers will present the latestinormation on urban trends
