This work has been prepared using three translations and finally comparing the translationsto the commentary of Mulla Ali Al-Qari. The Arabic text has also gone a similar scrutiny.

 Abu Hanifah (may Allah be pleased with him) states:
 
       
 
The principles of monotheism are what belief necessities that one says:
 
Principles of Monotheism
 
 
I believe in Allah, His Angels,
    
 
His Books, His Messengers, the resurrection after death
      
 
  
The divine decree, the good and the bad is from Allah the Exalted, the accounting, theScales, Paradise and Hell are all true.
              
 
 Allah the Exalted is One, not in a numerical sense, but in the sense that He has no partner,
“Say: He is Allah the One, Allah is the sustainer,
He begets not, nor was He begotten;and there is nothing comparable to Him."

He does not resemble any of his creation nor does anything resemble him.
   
 
He does not cease, nor do His names and attributes cease, both those relating to HisEssence and those relating to His actions.
 :     
 
The attributes of the His Essence: Life, Power, Knowledge, Speech, Hearing, Sight and Will.
 :   
 
  
 
 As for those relating to His actions, they are creativity, sustenance, originating andfashioning, making, and other attributes of action.
    
He has been, constant, and He is unceasing with His attributes and names; neither attributenor name was created.
       
 
He has always and unceasingly been the all-knowledge, by His knowledge, and Hisknowledge is a pre-eternal attribute. He has always and unceasingly been powerful, by Hispower, and His power is a pre-eternal attribute.
    
 
He speaks by his attribute of speech and it is a pre-eternal attribute.
