Trailblazers in the Northern Colorado community, Eldon James was also the firstbuilding in Longview Business Park in Loveland and the Cortina Building in Fort Collins. The Eldon James facility will be the flagship building, setting the tone for the new tech-nology park in Timnath.“As mayor, we truly wish to roll out the red carpet for Eldon James, they will be a pillar ofintegrity and high standards in our community,” says Jill Grossman-Belisle, mayor of theTown of Timnath. “This building is unlike anything we have in Northern Colorado; there’sa level of excellence that sets a standard for what we want to attract to Timnath.”Though they were offered tax incentives and loan assistance from various municipalitiesaround the country in the end integrity, commitment to their employees and quality-of-lifeled them back to Northern Colorado.“We chose to stay here because our valued employees are here and they love living inColorado; we didn’t want to ask them to move and we didn’t want to lose them,” saysMarcia Coulson, founder and owner of Eldon James. “We too love living here, we lookedat different cities and realized that we weren’t going to enjoy the quality-of-life we cur-rently have elsewhere. We approached Timnath in September of 2011 and we’ll breakground in March of 2012. The town has acted very quickly with open arms, helping usmake our vision a reality.”
