selection list for MBBS/BDS and Other Health science Courses scheduled on 18/7/2012 is Postponed Until further notice.Fresh dates will be

displayed on website.

The Honble Supreme Court in the case of Priya Gupta Vs. State of

Chhatishgarh and Ors. has directed that second counseling should be the final counseling and it is not permissible for the Association to conduct third round of selection in the admission process.

Furthermore after the last date of receiving Preference Forms ie have accorded sanction to two new Medical Colleges

(30/06/2012) MCI

with 100 intake each and to one existing Medical College additional 50 seats have been sanctioned.

On 16-7-2012 the Honble Pravesh Niyantran Samiti was requested in the 2nd round of to include these seats in the in the 1st Round of

to permit the Association to add additional 200 selection. PNS directed

For this change

Association will have to obtain orders of the

Honble High Court to modify the Schedule to be followed by the Association for effecting admissions. This is necessary because the Schedule is as per the Scheme approved by the Honble High Court by

order dtd. 10-8-2006 in Review Petition No.120 of 2006 in Writ Petition No.6332 of 2005. In view of Paragraphs (2), (3) (4) and 5 above displaying 1st Selection List of the Association on 18-7-2012 has been postponed until fresh preferences Are called from all eligible candidate.
