to dismiss").While Ms. Windsor takes no position on the jurisdictional/standing issuesraised in BLAG's Motion to Dismiss the Department of Justice's ("DOJ's") appeal, Ms.Windsor does request that the Court maintain the expedited
briefing
schedule that
it
soordered on June 22, 2012. (Dkt. No. 55.) As we noted in our motion for an expeditedschedule (Dkt. No. 25), Ms. Windsor, who
is
83 years old and suffers from
a
seriousheart condition, is eager to have this appeal resolved as soon as possible. The Court'sJune 22 scheduling order appropriately took those factors into account.BLAG's motion to dismiss of yesterday argues that the DOJ's appeal
is
'superfluous," characterizing
it
as
a
