Dear Ms. Puente: Please be advised that we are in receipt of your Public Records Act request dated May 14, 2012, which is a follow up to your request of March 27, 2012. Attached please find all public records responsive to your request for copies of the 80303 forms that the District has sent to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing to report certain specified acts of misconduct, dating back to the 2006-07 school year. As you may recall, the School District previously determined that your request for [policies] on teacher conduct and [policies] for reporting and investigating claims of misconduct are public records under the California Public Records Act (California Government Code 6250 et seq.). As such, these records were made available for your inspection and copying beginning April 6, 2012. If you would still like to obtain a copy of these policies, please contact the undersigned to arrange a convenient time to review the records.
