Published by Stan Burman
This sample stipulation and order for California is used when both parties to a lawsuit wish to sign a stipulation which is then signed by a Judge and filed with the Court.

This particular sample was used to stipulate to having a default entered against a defendant vacated, and allowing them to file an answer to the complaint. The sample can be modified for use in any litigation case in California. The author is a freelance paralegal who has worked in California litigation since 1995 and has used this sample for many years.

Note that the author is NOT an attorney and no guarantee or warranty is provided.
