On June 30 2005 my former tenant and president/director of Bio Safe Natural Technologies Inc a company I and many friends invested in committed criminal fraud over $100,000 at the ORHT and filed false and misleading information an offense under section 206 (2) of the Tenant Protection Act, 1997.When the ORHT and the IEU refused to investigate they were guilt of an offense under section 206 (2) of the Act and obstruction of justice in a criminal matter.
Since then 3 1/2 years now i have collected a prodigious amount of evidence that irrefutably proves the government members of the Law Society are organized crime of corruption and conspiracy ransacking the people of the Lower Tier, the moral majority and the story and evidence is published on the www.uRus.ca and soon to be better presented on the www.slals.ca presently under construction.
The significance of the evidence in this file is that it is irrefutable of the crimes that were committed along with the recording of the hearing that is available for download on either of the aforemention sights but the York Regional Police who stdied the evidence stste that it did not meet the "Threshold" necessary to proceed before the courts.
Further investigtion proved the "THreshold" is a terminology to define an invisible line that seperates the Upper Tier from the Lower adverse to every individual's guaranteed Charter rights of eual protection and benefits.I reiterate that the evidence is prodigious and
irrefutable with the DOJ - Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and the Ontario Attorney General major players in the conspiracy that includes Parliament, the PM, the Premier and the entire government legal system.
