causedbythepresenceoforganicmatter.LevelofpollutionbyorganicmattercouldbeestimatedbythemeasurementofBiochemicalOxygenDemand(BOD).Untilnow,BODmeasurementisstillbasedonthestandardmeasurementinsubtropicalwaters.Inthetropicalregion,usingincubationtempera-tureof20°Cduring5daysisnotsuitable,sincethevelocityofbiochemicalreactionisinfluencedbytemperature.Themainobjectiveofthisstudyistofindout:
