PRESCOTT
were
both
employees
of
PitneyBowesInc.located
at
9140EastHamptonBlvdCapitolHeightsPrince
George's.
County,Maryland,A

Facility.DuringthatconversationPRESCOTTstated
tothe
vtctimmultiple
titnes.,

joker.I'mgoonaloadmygunsand.bloweverybody

PRESCOTT

statedthathe
would
like
to
seethesupervisorsbrainsplatterallover
the
sidewalk.
The
victimhungupthephoneandwascontacted
by
the
defendantapproximatelyten
to
fifteenminutesafter.PRESCOTTagainmadethe

statements

theVictimandadditionaHy
added

stated

hiscommentsmadehimfeelfearforhislife.It

that

by

in
Colorado
within
thelastseveraldaysin
which
theallegedshooter
caned

upamovietheatercontainingmen,
women

showing
the

amovieInthe
Bat,nanfranchisein
which
the

was
wearinga
T-shirt
with

weapons
