In fact you can do very well with equipment which will fitin a suitcase or on a closet shelf.While you will pay maybe a thousand dollars or more for a decenttreadmillorelliptical trainer, you can also get a range of effective fitness equipment costing justa few dollars (and sometimes nothing at all).With getting in shape, it's not so much the equipment you use which makes thebiggest difference - it's how often and how well you use it.For the time it takes to make your way to the gym and be ready to begin yourworkout, you can be finished a full routine and have your equipment packed awayagain.Convenience is more important than many people think when it comes to regularexercise. With equipment costing less than $100 you will do better than many withexpensive gym memberships who never seem to have the time to exercise.
